  From the moment I called, Samuel, was so helpful, (as has Cheryl in the past)He tried to help me,but something just was not right..so I called again, and Keith and Jamie came...Keith has been here before in 2014, He is mentoring, Jamie..Both were very nice, professional and clean, helpful with ceiling filter..and now is it warm, and all is good. It is very comforting to know that you all listen and help is there for those of us who do not have family near...Thank you all..

  The communication between the office and technician to my home was excellent. Very high degree of care was extended to myself as a second time customer. I was impressed and both pleased that there was no trace of the old plumbing, supplies moved inside and outside of my home. Carpeting and floors were all covered and the technician Greg was very considerate of my family needs, Carol very alert to my needs of time of appointment and kept me apprised of arrival time of the repair people. I can see why Nebrasky Plumbing was voted #1 in Orange County. The value of the replacement parts were like kind of quality that I had before and expected.Thank you for excellent service from Mr and Mrs P Town of Newburgh NY.

  This past Friday, April 1st, the service light indicator came on for our Whole House Generator. I called Nebrasky for service and was able to book a service date for the following Monday(04/04/16). We were given a window of 11a.m. - 1p.m. and Dom, the Technician was here at 10:40a.m. and finished the service job within an hour. We have used Nebrasky many times in the past and as always, the job is completed in a timely manner and done correctly. We have had Dom for previous service calls and are very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend Nebrasky for all of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

  I had 2 separate incidents in 2 days -- hot water heater and then water meter coupling. From Robin to Dave, then Greg L. you provided excellent customer service; set expectations and prices ahead of time; kept me informed about the timeline (each incident evolved differently). Your field guys are nothing short of professional and courteous. The office staff is as equally great. The workmanship was top-notch. You were able to accommodate my emergencies both days.   My recent experience with Kieth was very good. Scheduling the appointment was quick and efficient and I was called on the day of service to let me know that the technician was on his way. He was on time and professional. He wore show covers while he has in my home. He checked my hot water heater and air conditioner, addressed the problems expertly and gave me some helpful advice. The interactions with Keith were friendly yet very professional. I purchased a Home Care Plan and was very satisfied with the service. I will continue to do business with Nebrasky and recommend them to my friends.
