I have been attending ST3 for a year now for personal training. Shira is amazing. Always ready to give me a great workout, always professional but also very friendly and supportive. She is so knowledgable about health and fitness and I would say mind and spirit as well. I am always uplifted when our work outs are done.
The facility is very clean and the other staff and members are very friendly as well. It is 100 percent a comfortable non judgmental zone! Highly recommend.
I had always worked out at my house or ran outside, but I knew that I needed to try something new. A friend told me about ST3. I signed up for an introductory week and 10 months later I'm still there. It's energizing and fun and I have NEVER looked forward to working up a sweat like I do now. There's a great mix of exercises, so it never gets boring or routine, and that's really important. Each of the instructors are patient and helpful, and never too busy to answer a question or give a tip.
As of 6 months ago I had never worked out or gone to a gym. My sister in law recommended a try I week here and I haven’t turned back. I’ve been coming as much as a possibly can and have really enjoy it. It’s a grueling hour kickboxing class but very rewarding. I’ve felt like I have a lot more stamina and energy on everyday tasks. My original goal was to lose weight but now I do it for both my overall fitness and enjoyment.
I met with Shira and her class was high impact but not too difficult. I felt like I really worked out and the energy is good. Shira has such an upbeat and positive attitude that reflects on the entire class. I am so glad I went! Nice, clean atmosphere.
I knew I needed to jump start my fitness because I had gotten into a rut with my workouts and my diet wasn’t the best. I had always liked Kickboxing but hadn’t done it in a long time. Joining ST3 was the best decision I ever made.
My goals were to lose weight and eat healthier. I knew the Kickboxing would be a great start. My energy levels immediately picked up. Then I joined the Lean Clean Eating Program. This was a program that helped me learn how to meal prep, shop, read labels, and eat real food. I was held accountable for everything I was eating and it really helped me stay on track. Even though I’m finished with the 6 week program I still plan to continue to keep track of everything I eat so I can be accountable to myself.
The downside to all of this is I have to spend money on new clothes because my clothes are too big!! Not really a downside but I have the trainers at ST3 to thank, especially Shira who was available almost any time I had questions. I highly recommend ST3 if your looking to make a change and commit to it.
