(March 13, 2018, 10:17 am)I was in the area visiting a family member who is on the staff at the nearby YMCA camp and asked her to suggest a locally owned establishment for lunch. Wow, what an delightful experience for a quick lunch !! Food was absolutely fresh and tasty and quite reasonably priced. Both of us ate a filling lunch for just over $20 and was money well spent. The owner,who waited on our table, was there to greet us when we sat down and was quite attentive and welcoming. From the moment you walk in the door it is obvious that this establishment is supportive of the community it serves with its "We Support" (vets, law enforcement, first responders etc)sign and is proud of it as well. This is an establishment I would definitely recommend whether you are passing through or live nearby. Great food, reasonable prices and welcoming staff, you just can't beat the experience. Support locally owned businesses !!
