  Always pleased to work with Jones. From the start, setting up the appointment. The day of the appointment, they come in the window time they originally set up. Shawn was polite, explained everything well, respectful of my home. They are more expensive than other companies I have used, but I have never been disappointed in the end result

  The entire Jones Services staff is phenomenal at communication. From alerting me to estimated arrival times to follow up. The communication shows that Jones Services cares about their customers. Shawn F. was extremely well versed in the system he arrived to service. He was very proficient at sharing information and answered all of my questions like a true professional. I have some background in electronics and engines so I knew he was being absolutely honest with everything that he was telling me. Shawn addressed all of my concerns, answered all my questions and made certain that the system was running properly before he left. I believe Shawn is a valuable asset to the company, as all the technicians I have encountered from Jones Services have been. Thank you, again, for your professionalism and honesty!

  Shawn went above and beyond by coming up with the idea and work of putting steel wool in the front corner holes of my generator to deter chipmunk infiltration.
  
  Joshua M. kept me in the loop every step of the way during the process of my generator maintenance. I was very comfortable having both technicians in my hope. Great Job!

  Clinton is AMAZING!!!! He told me everything that he was going to do and let me know the other options in case something didn't work out as planned. I am clueless when it comes to plumbing and was relieved when he helped me understand what was going on. Jones Services is extremely lucky to have him on their team. Clinton thank you again so much!

  Duane S came out today to give us an estimate on a new generator. He was very thorough, courteous, and explained in nontechnical language what needed to be done and gave us a list of options. I highly recommend him.
