Helpful with finding what I wanted

Lenny Constanos, how about we go over your B.S.? Caps ordered take a minimum of 2-3 weeks. When your cap came in, you failed (twice) to set up an appointment. Two times, you just appeared and demanded to have your cap installed, with no prior appointment. Unacceptable. ANd when a customer is as arrogant and rude as you, expect in return the same respect you give.
The reason you "had" to return, is because you were 100% wrong. Credit card companies love their clients. Why would they take your money, if you were not blatantly wrong?
Oh, you forgot to mention the fact that YOU went to another leer dealer, and had a serious problem with them! That was too bad, because it would have been great for you to pay for two caps.
