  While visiting Highland Falls during the Labor Day weekend from Dallas, I visited the new yoga studio Pavonine and really enjoyed the classes. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. The instructors were really good.

  Absolutely adore this studio. The heat is a dry heat, the space is very crisp and has a fantastic energy. Meghan and Jason have brought a great energy to Highland Falls that was badly needed! I love the cool lavender scented towels at the end of the hot classes.
  
  Delia's classes are always energetic and get you going early in the morning. Matt's are a great way to start the day. Jessica's restoratives are deeply refreshing.
  
  They have mats available to rent and a wide variety of classes and times. Best, if you don't see something you want, email the owners and let them know!

  Great! So happy to have a high-quality yoga studio right here in Highland Falls!
  
  I went to a “Hot Vinyasa Level 2/3 with Kristin Perucki” class on a Thursday afternoon and the class was just what I needed: hot (but not crazy), challenging (but I never felt ‘left out,’ even when I paused to drink water or shake out a tight muscle), and, after the cool-down at the end, relaxing.
  
  Booking was easy through the Mindbody App on my phone--and made it easy to just walk in, introduce myself, and set up my mat without having to mess with payment or anything. (Though, if you do ‘drop in’ without a reservation, it’s good to know that they don’t take cash, so make sure to bring your credit/debit card.)
  
  The studio itself is in two large, beautiful rooms on the 3rd floor of the building, which was nice because I never heard any road noise during class, despite being right on Highland Falls’ main drag. The rooms had nice hardwood floors and clean white walls. Plenty of nice yoga-aids (blocks, bands, etc.) were there to use.
  
  As an instructor at West Point, before Pavonine, all we had were a few yoga classes a week available in the on-post gym--and not everyone in the community had access to them, so it’s great to have a local studio with such a variety and frequency of classes. I highly recommend it to anyone!
