“This barn is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unsure of why other people are complaining. I can only assume that they had an issue with someone and are trying to discredit these people. The horses are very well taken care of. The staff rides the horses as well as grooms. My daughter took lessons here over the summer and she learned how to properly groom and take care of the horse as well as ride it! People who are complaining about having to groom horses are ridiculous. That is part of the experience. I plan on bringing my daughter back next summer for camp (mainly because she is constantly begging me!) It is a delightful place”

“An absolute gem. Breathtaking views of the Hudson River with a backdrop of thick forestry. Sailboats and leisurely watercraft quietly skimming by. It's just a bucolic setting. But the home itself is even more magnificent. Well constructed, well designed and especially well thought out in it's decoration. Every room and every detail. I kid you not. From the art deco theater , to the 1950's style malt shop, a bar with a playroom, the gorgeous patios and the very cool suites, you could spend an entire day just on the grounds and within the house. Thank you, Karen and Edward, for your first rate hospitality and a delicious breakfast (we've already tried plagiarizing that amazing bread pudding recipe:)”
