  excellent food especially the pizza. Really nice people and atmosphere . A little out of the way, but worth the trip

  Their dinners are delicious and reasonably priced. I love how a lot of menu options incorporate eggplant. They have a nice dining room and a dedicated bar. Their pizza is great and not greasy. Their drinks are tasty. I have had their raspberry jalapeño margarita and their mules. I can't wait to return to try a margarita with guava.

  We eat here several times a month... we love it . Carlos is the best and so is his food. The specials are always different which I like as I like to try new things all the time

  Always great pizza, helpful staff, and friendly atmosphere. They have a variety of "by the slice" and extras up front. Kitchen is open and clean. Frequently visit for a quick and tasty bite.

  My husband and I dined at Carlos' for the first time on 6/9/18. The menu has a good variety of things from which to choose and the prices are reasonable. Portion sizes are good and attention was paid to special requests, i.e., I ordered sauce on the side and whole wheat instead of regular pasta. The wait staff was attentive. The lighting seemed too bright and they dimmed the lights for us. It was a bit too loud/noisy, but we dealt with that.
