Used Bell to mount and balance my new tires because the garage was listed on the Tirerack website. I must admit that when I first drove up to the garage, I was a bit worried. The shop was on a gravel lot with a bunch of old cars and weeds outside but when I met Mr. Bell and his mechanics, they struck me as honest and good mechanics with a passion for cars.
I was able to watch them work on my car and in discussion with Mr. Bell, found that he was very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle (I drive a 2010 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI - which isn't something I can trust to most mechanics). I also found that other people trusted him with much more expensive and fragile vehicles than mine. While I was there a (what I derived was a long-time) customer came in with a problem that Mr. Bell took care of, while she was waiting, for a minimal charge.
The install fees were are advertised and the tires were inflated to spec and perfectly balanced. I will go back to this garage for other repairs, starting with routine maintenance. If the quality of the work continues to stay on par with my first experience, I may become one of those long-time returning customers.
