Elite Horse/Equine Shipping was a fantastic choice for my complicated shipping needs. I shipped a horse from Lakeland, FL, to Upstate, NY- Oct 2020. This had challenges as I had to get to Florida, get the PPE done literally less than 24 hours before departure. This trip also entailed vast temperature changes for my horse, which Elite took into consideration. Elite was willing to wait for payment until I was assured the horse was safe to go by the Veterinarian. Elite continued effective communication with me throughout the week leading up to PPE, and even help me consider other options. I chose Elite, and I am glad I did. He arrived on time, gave excellent advice, his Equipment was clean, safe, sterile, modern, and all I could expect. I followed him the whole way, and he even looked out for my safety and stopped with me when I needed to fuel up, use a rest facility, or grab a snack to ensure I wouldn’t meet any hardships off the road. The owner is polite, friendly, and caring for both the safety and journey of my horse, and me. I highly recommend this shipping service to anyone considering hiring a professional shipper to transport your horse/ horses. George at Elite Horse shipping was highly recommended to me by my vet to take my horses to another vet clinic quite a distance from our home today. George is professional, friendly, patient, punctual and he was completely at ease with my horses which put me at ease especially since they haven't been on a trailer in 3 years! One of my horses is a draft horse and so to accommodate her size and allow her to be more comfortable, George configured the trailer into two box stalls. :) I felt very comfortable sending my horses off with him today and will absolutely use Elite shipping again in the future. George is the best, hands down. He is professional and easy to communicate with. Worked around my schedule and asked questions to find out my animals preferences so they would have a stress free ride. His equipment is top of the line and well maintained and he is insured.
