I’ve known Mike for about 2 years. We started our journey in 2015, we enjoy being a part of the community with so many great people who support each other and care about one another. Almost to the end of my 3rd session & down 39 lbs ... highly recommend! This is not a diet but an education on how to eat to be healthy combined with slow & steady weight loss. No foods to avoid... just learning how to balance treats while nourishing your body. Coaches are great. The support from other members is amazing. Worth every penny!
This program is a game changer. No matter what your goals are - lose weight, PR, feel your best -if you follow your coach’s plan for you, you can achieve it. I set out wanting to lose a few pounds and firm up a bit, and look like I actually go to the gym, and I got so much more than that. The coaches are amazing and supportive. The founder cares about the community on a personal level. I highly recommend - it’s a great investment in yourself!
I love this program! The coaches are amazing the community is so helpful and supportive of you. They offer live Q&A sessions in which you can pretty much ask anything. They offer a lot of transparency into their business and philosophy. The best part of the founder and CEO is fully engaged and helpful when you need it.
