Todd is one of a kind. He's extremely knowledgeable and sincerely cares about his customers. I have been using his services for three years now
and he never ceases to amaze me. Yesterday he came and fixed my refrigerator and because it was so easy for him to repair it he didn't charge me anything! He's the repairman you're looking for.
Todd's repair is one of the best repair services I have ever used. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonable. I would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him for home appliance repair.
We found Todd through a Google search and we couldn't be happier. Our dryer needed repair. He explained his pricing policy up front and it was very reasonable. He showed up exactly on time and was very thorough in troubleshooting the problem. What I really liked was that when he found what he believed was the problem, he kept going and checked every possibility. He then explained what was wrong and gave us several options. The repair was completed flawlessly. Just as important, at least to us, is that Todd is a nice guy. He is very pleasant to be around as he does the repair. He doesn't rush the work and he checks and rechecks. Well never use anyone else and you shouldn't either. He should be the industry standard that everyone strives to achieve.
10/25/18 We had to call Todd again recently, he happened to be in the area and was there within two hours. He quickly found and repaired the problem on the stove, then he balanced our washing machine. Still a great guy, great diagnostician and so reliable. I repeat, Todd is the guy to use for your appliance repairs.
Todd fixed our dryer and it works better than it originally did. Very reliable and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend and would use his service again, if needed.
