  Thank you so much for having the best gym hands down in the county. I moved 25 mins from New Windsor and I couldn’t even imagine leaving you guys. This is my home and tribe!! You and your staff are by the most wonderful people ever. They share the hardships and successes of life with us and make us feel like family. Thank you for your continuous support and modifications for workouts so that I can continue my fitness journey.

  Many years ago I was a member and coach of another local CrossFit gym. I attended a competition at CrossFit New Windsor and after spending a day there I left with a new goal: to not only become a member of CrossFit New Windsor but to eventually coach for Frank Volpe. Fast forward a few years and I have been part of this community as a member AND a coach for three years now. There is no other CrossFit or health facility I can imagine working for or working out at. The community of people is unlike any other. The coaches are the best of the best - there is absolutely no comparison.

  Started CrossFit New Windsor nine months ago at49 years old. Have worked with great coaches and athletes that have made me feel welcome. I have enjoyed every day working out in this box. Love the idea that every exercise can be modified to my needs and ability. There are like eight different times classes are offered throughout the day, that’s convenient.

  Joined over four years ago, left, then came back to open arms in a much different place physically and mentally. Dove right into personal training sessions to start out. Saw almost immediate improvement in a physical and mental state with the 1on1 sessions. Thought I would have just simply phased into a regular class schedule, but currently going into my fifth phase, and counting, of the 12-session package. The everyday classes are extremely well run with extremely knowledgeable coaches and the personal training sessions are tailored exactly to your goals. They all listen, assess and focus on making you better inside and outside of the gym. Couldn’t have gotten to where I am without everyone there. Longer story short, great community, great place to be.

  My family and I have been going to CrossFit New Windsor for 2 years already. We love it the coaches are great. I have met some amazing people.I love that no matter what the work out maybe they will modify it if needed and you still leave feeling accomplished. I also love that they have cross fit for kids. My kids really enjoy going.
