  Import service has been outstanding to me. Brian is so helpful and honest. Eric and George are also so kind and take their time helping and explaining. I have brought my bike there for service 3 times and each time I have been a happy customer.

  Just bought a used bike and stopped in to get myself a helmet and cover and spoke with Greg in the parts dept. He spent a long time showing me the differences and getting me the best helmet in my price range. I'll definitely be back to outfit my wife when she gets on the back. Thanks!

  I never tend to have a necessarily quick trip here. Mostly due to the staff being very helpful. They take their time to make sure everyone is taken care of and everyone is very friendly. When I bought my bike over a year ago there was a lot of emphasis on making sure I got something I'd like and be comfortable on and they even tried to steer me towards cheaper options believe it or not. The parts dept staff is incredibly helpful and they seem to almost always have what I'm looking for in stock whether it's a misc bolt or passenger foot pegs or some silly cosmetic item I'm changing.

  Excellent service without the pressure and hovering as you would normally see in a dealership. We were greeted and left to our browsing. When we were ready with questions, the Sales Manager Kevin was available to assist us. Very laid back yet informative in his approach and we appreciated that very much. Will absolutely be keeping his contact information for when our decision is final and we are ready to proceed with our purchase.
