Excellent, we have been using her for 3 years. She listens, talks with my kids. She doesnt just throw them on antibiotics without getting to the bottom of the problem..
We found DR. El-Naghy one Saturday morning when my son hurt his ankle, and his regular pediatrician who I wasn’t crazy about wasn’t open. We instantly loved DR.El-Naghy, and never went back to the previous DR. It’s been a few yrs, and both my son and daughter feel completely comfortable around the DR and her staff. Anytime we call we can get in right away, never a wait at the office either. DR el-Naghy and her staff show compassion, interest and even give hugs! We have never ever been bullied in to getting shots. They always explained what shots were and never shoved them down our throats! Actually I declined the guardasil shot for my son, and that was that!
If I could change anything it would be to have found DR. El-Naghy a lot sooner then I did! We love her!
Love it, my kids love going to see the doctor with out a complain. The nurses nice and professional lady’s and when you see them out off work they are the same.
Very loving and gentle dr! From day one she has been responsive to my requests to give no more than 2 vaccines in one visit. Dr el naghey is very gentle and I swear almost shed a tear after giving my daughter a shot. She is very sensitive and I point this out because of other contrary reviews. She has been in private practice for a long time and is very flexible and easy to get an appointment with. Answers her cell phone in off hours for emergency or concerns. Almost all local moms I know happily take their children to her. Perhaps one out of 6 families I know did not click with her, but you can't please absolutely everyone. Different personalities.
