  We had to visit Emergency One when my 7-year-old son fell on the playground and broke his arm while we were vacationing in nearby Cornwall. We were so nervous to visit an urgent care so far from home, but we were immediately comforted by the friendliest staff who showed so much compassion and care for our son. The docs spent a great deal of time with him and even sent the x-rays to specialists to ensure that they gave us the most accurate diagnosis possible, since we were scheduled to fly back to AZ the following morning. They got us in quickly, kept us updated on the status of his x-rays the whole time, and made sure he was comfortable along the way. I am SO grateful for the knowledgable and kind staff that made this unfortunate circumstance as positive as it could be.

  I see that ***** is pretty much the norm for them. I had the misfortune of needing medical attention yesterday, but had the great fortune to walk into Emergency One in New Windsor. I was able to register and sign in online prior to my arrival, and, I was thrilled to find out that, unlike Crystal Run Urgent Care that made me still wait on their line of 19 people when I got there, even though I had an appointment and signed in online prior to arrival, Theresa Rogers RT(R) came out immediately to walk me into the exam room. Wow, they were expecting me. She was friendly, professional and seemed to know immediately what was wrong and what I needed. She really knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable. Then, Elizabeth Adolfie, PA walked in and impressed me to no end with her bedside manner, knowledge and understanding of what my problem was. She hit the diagnosis on the head, and 24 hours later, after taking 2 Rx that she prescribed, I feel like a million bucks. THANK YOU Elizabeth! THANK YOU Theresa, especially for the followup phone call today to see how I was feeling. I Didn't know urgent care facilities did that, but then again, my only other experience with an urgent care facility was Crystal Run, who 4 weeks after I was there, has never cared enough to see how I was doing (I got worse and I called 3x...still waiting for the return call), so I thought they were all non-personal, money gauging "hospitals". I don't please easily, and don't hand out ***** ratings, often because that means there was NOTHING that they could have done better, but I recommend Emergency One for urgent care!

  First time being here and all the staff members where very nice and helpful. The nurse and doctor did a very good job in helping me out in my situation. 100% highly recommend.
