  As an employee at Building Blocks, I am completely shocked by what was written in a recent review. Every head teacher at Building Blocks is highly qualified and well educated and some are even working on reaching higher education. Everyone at this daycare is there for their students. We put our hearts and soul into every moment we spend with our Students. Since I started at Building Blocks almost 3 years ago, I have seen amazing teachers teach these young children about more than just the alphabet. I have seen all the teachers at Building Blocks teach their students about love (by showing them what it feels to be loved), friendship (by being their friend when they need it and helping them make those friendships with the children in their class), and self control which is the main way every head teacher and teaching assistant in each classroom disciplines their students and how they are taught to disciple each the children. Each teacher watches their students as if they were their own children in their family because we love them like they are. If you really want to know more about this daycare, come in and visit us. Take a tour given by one of the four amazing office staffers who are able to answer any of the questions you have way better than one bad review on google can do. As for our owner, Maria Marino, she is one of the best owners/employers I have ever worked with. She is someone who puts the children and their families first. She makes sure all of her teachers have what they need to best suit their students as well as making sure our building is safe and well taken care of.

  All three of our kids have gone/are going to Building Blocks. We love Building Blocks and the whole staff. They provide a safe, comfortable, fun place to learn and grow. The staff is professional and genuinely cares about every child. I would definitely recommend Building Blocks to anyone looking for child care.

  My 2 daughters attended Building Blocks several years ago. What a wonderful, life-changing experience! The staff are nurturing and supportive. The social and educational exposure provided to them during their time at Building Blocks has been an amazing stepping stone to what, I am sure, will be a productive and fulfilling life. There are other child care centers around, but I am so glad that I chose Building Blocks for my children!

  Our two children attended Building Blocks over the course of 6 years, and it was a wonderful experience! We have always been made to feel incredibly welcome each time we've come through the door. The teachers and assistants in each room are loving, caring, nurturing and kind. They've attended to our children's needs emotionally, physically and educationally. On a few occasions, we had personal crises…the owner and staff at Building Blocks were flexible and never hesitated to accommodate our needs in any way. Having been an educator myself for over 16 years, I have pretty high standards…and Building Blocks never failed to meet them. We never blinked an eye when leaving our children there and were confident that they were in the best possible care. My youngest child recently aged out of care at Building Blocks…it was a sad day for my children (my older child always LOVED to go back and see his old teachers) as well as us. Our children beg to stop in to say hello every time we pass by! Thank you, Building Blocks, for the wonderful memories you left with our family, making our children feel so special, and the time you spent caring for our children. We miss you!
