  Ash was extremely helpful. She helped me upgrade to a phone with everything I wanted. She took the 20 minutes to transfer all info from my old phone. Something that would have taken me all day. I will only use this location because the one on Broadway has awful service. Ash deserves a raise for sure. What a great representative of metro pcs.

  Went into MetroPCS with no idea what to expect or if we could even break free from the chains of Sprint's poor service and coverage. Ash was incredibly helpful and in less than half an hour we had a new phone company for half of what my husband and i were paying previously. We love our new phones and could not be happier. Thanks MetroPCS!!!

  My dad took me to the Newburgh mall to get a new phone. I was helped by Ash in getting a new iPhone. She was great at helping me find a phone that I wanted and was very happy. I was also very happy that she was able to transfer all my info on my new phone from the old phone. I want to thank ash for helping me she's great.

  The service was very good. Ash was very polite,courteous and she has a beautiful smile. And service was very good..All the reps should be like her..she definitely deserves a raise

  I was in the market to getting rid of my straight talk phone and I first went to Verizon and they had nothing that fit my budget. I decided to come into Metro PCS and was greeted by Ash and she immediately sold me on the new product if I switched over today. Then Miranda came in and greeted me as well and was helpful and delightful as well. I will definitely recommend your store to my friends and family.
