  Very professional place. They did such a great job fixing our bumper. They also fixed a piece of side trim for free! Amazing service and workmanship. When we picked up our car it looked like it was brand new, they washed the whole car, shined the wheels, and even vacuumed and cleaned the interior!

  Sharing my experience with Hollywood Towing & Auto of Middletown, NY. I was referred to Ryan by another business in Middletown, NY, kept his business card--figured it might come in handy--some day! I am glad I did, I had a recent fender bender with my work van in December of 2017. Just picked up my van yesterday--- I was very pleased with the body work and detailing. I almost did not recognize my own van--lol that's how good the van looked. Ryan and his staff went above and beyond, I am very pleased with my experience and the repairs done to the vehicle. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly service--from the start, easy to talk to, honest and fair prices. My gut told me I was in good hands. Very pleased. Support Local=Good for All!!

  I had the pleasure of doing business with Hollywood towing in the late summer, when a large tree limb fell on my car, while parked outside of my home. Ryan and all his employees are very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. My car had extensive damage and was at their location for a month. Ryan kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. I would highly recommend Hollywood towing to anyone with an issue that involves vehicle restorations.

  Adam didn't have to double back and pick us up one cold winters night in Pine Bush and change and pump up my spare...but he did! And then he and Ryan sourced a new rim and 4 new tires at a very fair price for me. These guys are great! I've been telling friends, and you should, too!

  I received a call from my daughter who had gone off I84 during a snowstorm. The state police called Hollywood Towing and then left her with the car until the tow service arrived. The owner, Ryan, came shortly after the state police left, pulled the car out of the snow identifying front end and bumper damage He dropped my daughter at a location with several hotels and restuarants and towed the car to his lot. I called him and he told me my daughter was safe and seemed calm. We drove down from MA and met Ryan at his shop, he showed us the damage, and gave us a rough estimate. When the assessor got back to us, the assessment was almost exactly the same as what we had been quoted. We had Hollywood do the work and he had the car fixed within the week. He called us back and met us on the following Saturday at his shop when we came to pick up the car. I was impressed with his follow-up calls keeping me informed of the insurance companies activities and his completion of the job. I found Ryan and Hollywood to be professional and responsible. The vehicle performed excellent on the 250 mile drive back to Boston. In addition, I was most appreciative of his attention to the welfare of my daughter.
