Dear Tom,
I just wanted to say how pleased I've been with you and John Hess.
It's hard to find the personal service and, the care and compassion both of you have given me.
I've been through a lot with the failed surgery I had in May of this year. When I came in for the first visit I was filled with emotions not knowing if I'd be able to walk again or maintain a normal standard of living.
John Hess is truly a asset to your practice and I can not say enough about his professional demeanor and the knowledge he brings to your practice.
John has worked with me for about ten years and provided me with two prosthetic legs of which have been painless and great to wear. The new leg I picked up last week was a totally different limb with the pressure points and suspension device. I'm so pleased to be able to walk with out pain and the suspension device seems to be the best I've ever worn.
I hope John Hess says with you as long as I'm alive. You both have my business until I can walk no longer.
Again, my sincere thank you to both of you for helping me walk and have somewhat of a normal life like everyone else. I will recommend everyone I know who needs this type of service to your practice.
