The trainers have great personalities and energy, the workouts are well planned out and they always offer alternatives to any routine. It’s like a community here, nobody stares at you or makes you feel bad about yourself. Any body type is welcome and encouraged to do their best.
(October 10, 2018, 11:30 am)Considering the location, I am happy overall with this location. There is a large variety of different machines and I like the way that they have them separated into categories. The place is clean (as clean as a gym can be) and the employees are extremely friendly. When I went in to sign up, I got a full tour of the place and detailed handouts of the different types of memberships and their perks.
(October 1, 2018, 3:24 pm)Great gym and their friendly staff! One upside about this place is that it doesn't get overly crowed. Facility is very clean and they have a lot of equipment you can choose from. One of the nicer gyms I seen around.
(September 16, 2018, 8:23 pm)I was traveling through and googled Gym near me and Anytime Fitness popped up so I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did I was greeted by an associate and just said I am passing through and wanted a day rate and he was more than happy to oblige. Very clean and awesome selection I wish my home gym had there touch! Best gym in Middle town area New York! Thanks for making me feel at home!
