  I listed my rental property with Jennifer Connolly and she worked very hard to find me a great tenant. She kept me informed on showings, lent her expertise in alerting me to potential risks, and ultimately found a tenant timely and smoothly. She has a "no-nonsense" approach which I appreciated as well as a background in both the legal and building/construction fields so she can provide more than just a realtor's perspective.   Jennifer Connolly was professional and extremely helpful as I searched for an apartment to rent. I was really stressed as I was about to retire and I was worried that I wouldn't have a place to live. She patiently walked me through the process after she found the perfect apartment for me.
