(May 18, 2022, 11:27 am)From the minute A MUST GO TO👍👍🙏🙏🙏you walk on, you feel like you are in the right place. Beautiful windows look out into a vista of farmland. Calmness, before the energetic flow class I took with great music and fabulous teacher, Teresa.
Played my very favorite 🎵song at the end with a cool towel on my eyes... sealed the deal for me. There is nothing like this in Sussex or Warwick area that I enjoyed so much.
Anyone looking for a great yoga vibe and studio, THIS IS IT!!!

(March 27, 2022, 1:43 pm)Beautiful location with inspirational yoga classes. The classes are unique with great music and emphasis on inner and outer strength. Perk** Each class ends with a cooling washcloth on forehead in shavasana! Happy to have found these classes!
