    This was my first kickboxing experience and I LOVED IT!!! The instructors are super friendly and very helpful. I felt great after every workout! Definitely recommending CKO to my friends!!!!

    Amazing gym! CKO is great for all levels, no prior kickboxing experience necessary! Beginners are always treated like family, with an incredibly knowledgeable staff there to show you all the ropes before class, and guide you along the way. The members are warm and friendly, the music is awesome and it’s so nice to be able to unload all of your stress out on that bag at the end of the week. Definitely worth giving a try.

    I always look forward to my workouts at CKO Warwick! Every class is challenging and each instructor has new moves to learn and muscles to work. I recently completed the 10 week transformation challenge.. With the coaching at CKO Warwick, I was able to crush all my goals! I am thankful for all the support, knowledge, and welcoming nature of the whole staff and especially my 10 week transformation coach and owner, Sabrina! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

    CKO Warwick is amazing! I have always felt intimidated at gyms but not here. The trainers and staff all welcome you with encouragement and open arms. Hands down my favorite workout ever! Great people, great place!

    Great class, the instructor took the time to walk us through the basics prior to our first class. We were able to go at our own pace but the instructor definitely gets the most our of you! Looking forward to the next class. ****4/2018 ****I wanted to update my review, I'm well over a year in and have enjoyed the classes here so much! I recently have had a shoulder issue and the instructors are great with modifications that have allowed me to keep going. Looking forward to getting back into my normal routine it's great for the body and soul :)
