    Great customer service. Went in to look at replacement knives. Christine our sales person was patient and really spent time educating us on the benefits of the various types of knives and how they are constructed. After we felt we understood the differences, we purchased a whole new set of knives which should last us for years. This is a definite stop if you are looking for quality cutlery.

    The outlet has low to middle-end of their products. (i.e. Zwilling International, Gourmet, Pro, Pro S. ) Almost always cheaper than Amazon. Alex is a very knowledgeable salesman.

    Five-star salesman goes to this shop. He is knowledgeable and patient to explain the different range of knives to us. We learnt a fairly good deal abt knives from him. Of course, we did purchase some before we leave the shop.
