He listens first to you, than he tells you what he thinks and what he proposes is a good course of action for your case. He explains his thought processes, and makes sure you understand them. He made an extra stop to the hospital one morning on his way to the office, when I was going to have a procedure that I was really nervous about, just to reassure me, all will be fine. “I don't know what company everyone else is talking about, but I have had great service from MdINR. I had a meter for quite awhile and it finally "gave up the ghost". They sent me another one almost immediately. When that meter was recalled, I got another very quickly. I guess I have to admit that the automated phone system was, for awhile, questionable, but they have remedied that with a much faster and more efficient system. They do a great job of reporting my results to my doctor; and if I am late reporting in, they call within a day to find out why. Now, they have launched an app for my cell phone to report online (I am just now trying to get set up on it). Supplies are sent very efficiently and at the right time. I do have a question, though -- AM I ON THE WRONG COMPANY WEBSITE THAT ALL I SEE IS POOR REVIEWS??? I hope not!”
