I once had confusing lab result from another doctor and I was quite upset over them so I brought the results in on my appointment time and he took the time to look at them & was able to explain it better than the initial physician had. He would even squeeze me in if I had a problem and his schedule was booked. I have thankfully not had recent issues with the condition so haven't been to the group in a few years. I had to schedule an appointment recently for a small issue and of course asked to see him but couldn't wait for the next available time to suit my schedule so I will see another dr in the practice but it made me recall the many years this doctor treated and showed patience and compassion for the patients he saw.”
