“I bought a 2005 Subaru Outback from Orange County Trailer Sales. I'm pleased with the car, which had been well maintained by its two previous owners. It did need some pricey work within a few months of purchase (a new drive shaft), but I can't complain given the mileage on the car and the offering price, which was fair. I was happy with Jake's service for the most part. He took care of getting the car inspected and registered all at an affordable cost and in good time. That said, he had promised to mail me a fob for keyless entry and when I followed up about this after two weeks and then one month, he stopped responding. For this I am taking off one star.”

“Ralph is great. He fit us in on a busy day, with really short notice. I told him I just needed a toilet wax ring replaced. He thought he was coming for a quick fix. Turns out that the toilet we had, no longer fit the new offset, after our renovation. He had to go to 2 different places to get us a new toilet and the parts to install it. He said I'm not leaving you without a bathroom. I'll get it done for you, today. And he did. Thanks again, Ralph!”
