Maybe it's the flour/dough, maybe it's the preparation method, or the ingredients--I don't know. All I know is that the food was absurdly delicious. My compliments to the chef, who I believe is from the Puebla region of Mexico. I told the other band members about the place later, and they went and had the same reaction as me. Mango juice is delicious too.”
