“The space is small, beautiful, and in a quiet area adjacent to the river. Although you might get a 'modern' twist such as music, the teachers respect the sacred practices of Yoga and their intentions on sharing their knowledge and experiences are sincere. The few asana classes I've attended have been lovely. There's no pressure here to have the latest Yoga fashions or show off in any way. Monthly meditation is wonderful- and it enhanced a good portion of my pregnancy.”
