“After running out of gas on 84 during a severe winter storm, Hockenberry’s was called to tow my husband’s vehicle. They were the only people my husband had contact with during the entire emergency situation to exude the sense of urgency that was called for. The driver gave my husband a bottle of water and a place to warm himself after 2 hours in 19 degree weather while he hitched the vehicle before safely returning him(and his vehicle) to our home.”
