“I went to Johnston Subaru to have my oil changed and I thought while I was there I might ask about the issue I have with my tires when driving above 65 miles an hour so the very nice person at the desk sign me in explain about the issue with my tires and that I did not make an appointment for it and he politely told me that they would rotate the tires but they didn't think they could solve the problem today because it was so busy which I absolutely understood and appreciated so I told him I would make an appointment for another day and he thanked me for that. Even though it was very busy I did not wait so long in the waiting room before he called my name and I very quickly paid and left. I appreciate the service and the polite staff.”
