The rates are very good, the equipment well-maintained and high-quality, and the free classes (spin, Tabata, etc) and classes-for-pay (TRX) are excellent. Superb mix of weight machines, free weights, ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers, etc. Showers available for those on the go. Highly recommend.”
