(November 7, 2018, 12:22 pm)I was referred Putnam Orthdontis Dr.Pai by Columbia Presbyterian hospital . Our daughter had surgery for a cleft lip at Columbia as a baby and she needed to be seen by a specialist to address gum and teeth issues now that she is losing baby teeth .
We couldn't be more pleased ..Dr Pai has done an amazing job getting her teeth and gums ready for her big teeth to come in and she enjoys her visits as everyone who works there is so kind and patient...shout out to Christian ..he has been so wonderful helping with all the paperwork etc. Very happy ..thank you -

They explained everything, made sure my son knew what was going on, answered our numerous questions and made us feel completely comfortable with the process.
