  TFW Mahopac brings the fun and the energy to every practice. You owe it to yourself to check this place out if you want to get fit, stay fit and have fun doing it.

  I visited here on a Saturday from RI to see an amazing TFW in action and the students there were all on fire and Coach Billy and John are just super nice, talented, and high energy people. I really loved the community there and the stories I heard from students of before they started were all incredible. If you live in this area and interested in a program that is results driven, but also can adjust or modify depending upon your lack or abundance of fitness, then TFW Mahopac is for you!!!! : )

  I've done the gym thing in the past. I've signed up multiple times for multiple programs with every intention of finding "the one". The one program that will change my life and transform my body to a healthier, more fit version. After years of trying different things, I still couldn't find anything that was right for me and I ended up quitting after only a couple months. Then I found TFW Mahopac. That was over 3 years ago. I knew it was different from the start. It's not an obligation, it's not a chore. Its a place where I can go to get a great workout, feel great about myself physically, mentally and emotionally all while enjoying the time with great people that quickly become friends. The trainers are supportive, passionate and professional. They see you through every rep with energizing encouragement. You will walk out impressed with yourself by what you can achieve. Because of TFW Mahopac, I am now a stronger, healthier, more fit person. Joining years ago was one of the best decisions I've made and I'm looking forward to all of the years to come!
