Our dojo is the first branch dojo of Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate school in Chappaqua. Sensei Milada Kurucova Jabornik teaches this traditional martial art to kids and adults. Students start by learning basic punches, blocks, kicks and stances and progress to combinations, forms, sparring and selfdefense.
