  Coldest night of the year - heat went out. Called for service. Within 2 hours, an excellent pleasant professional service technician arrived and within 45 minutes had us back up. Perfect service. Exceeded expectations.

  Called in morning for fume smells. Scheduled tech for sometime before 3pm on same day. Tech was supposed to call before arriving but did not. Showed up at 3:25. Tech was great. Did a thorough job and fixed issue after replacing part. Tech did not rush out and made sure issue was fixed. Good job!

  We have been with Burke heat for 20 years.
  Their prices are always competitive.
  Their service is great.
  On Thanksgiving, they had 12 people on call, and when we had a problem, they were there within 90 minutes!
  We are lifers!

  So far I like how Burke has handled my account. Customer service reps are excellent with their follow up, had a service call and it was resolved on the first visit and got a fair oil price. Keep up the great work.
