  Jim has been really helpful with my mouse problem, which is an inevitability when you live in the country. He is always responsive, always on time, and explains everything. He has gone over my house with a fine tooth comb to look for where the critters are gaining access and solves the problem. Jim guarantees his work and did not charge me when the mice created another hole recently. Highly recommend.

  We had mice getting into our house and needed someone to clean the feces in a crawl space and find and plug the holes to make sure no more mice came in. After dealing with several companies that were national chains (expensive and incompetent) or unreliable local companies, we found Jim. He actually showed up when he said he would (a rare occurance with contractors - in my experience) and did an excellent job. He had to come back to put in a screen (after I paid him in full) and he came the very next day and took care of it as promised. I also needed him one more time and he was again on time, reliable, and professional. It’s really hard to find good contractors like Jim. I highly recommend him.

  We had a very positive experience. We called on Friday afternoon and they were here Saturday morning. They were quick and professional and informed us of future preventative measures. Would definitely recommend!

  Highly recommend. Jim answered the phone on the first ring on a Saturday morning. He came over very quickly, found the bees, and took care of the problem. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Thank you Jim for keeping my family safe!

  We had a mouse problem. now we don't. They've been doing this a long time, its obvious. Jim is knowledgeable, professional, and effective; not much more to say. My wife is now willing to go back into the basement.
