“Crossfit Somers is a great place to learn Crossfit. I have been a member of this box for a couple of years now...the coaches are great and accommodate all ages/abilities, from young kids to seniors. I am close to 50 and in the best shape of my life thanks to Steve and his coaches at Crossfit Somers. It doesn't say this anywhere in the specifications, and when I messaged the company, they said it was NOT dual, but the plug clearly says 100 to 240 V. “Just finished my 3/3 sessions and couldn't be happier! If I could give 10 stars I would! The SMP turned out amazing. If I didn't tell you it was a tattoo, you would never know. David is the best in the game. His prices are very fair and well worth the quality of his work. I appreciated that he broke down step by step everything I could expect from the three sessions and explained the after-care perfectly in an easy to follow way. Also, the procedure didn't hurt at all. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most pain) I would say the procedure was 2-4. It wasn't even remotely close to how bad I feared it would be.
