“When I visited the G&R pool store I was at my wits end. Another pool company had opened our pool and after many weeks the water was lime green. The owner told me the pool equipment was fine, but that we needed chemicals to clear up the pool water. He suggested we get the water tested and go from there. After numerous trips to a local pool supply company and hundreds of dollars later the pool water remained green. I happened to mention my dilemma to a friend who suggested I talk to Gary and Rich. From day one both of these guys have gone out of their way to help us. They guided us through initial troubleshooting and quickly diagnosed the problem....we needed a new filter!!!! They ordered and installed it. Voila, the pool quickly cleared. Whenever we have questions either Gary or Rich patiently and knowledgeably answer them.
