“In response to Mr. Ambrosecchias review. I am John Vogestad. I do remember this job. Apache was not hired by you but by your contractor. We did not have any representative of Bona come to inspect your job. If we had, we would have made them aware of the can of " Furniture spot remover" your wife showed me that made the floor "very shiny". Unfortunately, this product contained lacquer which, anybody in the floor business would know that it eats the floor finish and creates spots, just like the spots that accured on your floor. The finishes that were used were Duraseal Polyurethane with a Fabulon top coat, also made by Duraseal. These are the same finishes we use today on every job, with no complaints. At no time did we say anything about Bona, accept that is can leave a white film on the floor after long periods of use. We do no less than 15-20 jobs on a weekly basis and have very few complaints. If there is a problem on a job caused by our work we will immediately fix it. This however, was not our fault. Unfortunately, a product that should not have been used, was. We were not MIA. We were not asked to come back to finish the floors. If we were, we would have. At your cost. I'm sorry you chose this forum to discuss your concerns. I understand this is an old review, but it just came to my attention and thought it should be addressed as it is negative. As I see most of your review are. regards, John Vogestad”

“I recently used bath planet and T.webber to renovate the bathroom in my condo. I had a 20 year old bath tub that had seen better days and was in immediate need of replacement. Ron and the Bath planet crew did an awesome job replacing the tub and bath walls. Everything looks great and was done in a very short time span (very important as i only have one bathroom!). They were prompt, professional and hard working and i am thoroughly happy with the job they did. I would absolutely recommend them.”

“My water pump stopped working last night. I called Shaun at 830am he talked me through possible issues and was at my house by 930am. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He was one of the most professional service people I've dealt with. He explained everything well and was teaching his son the business which was an added bonus. It's a family business and they take great pride in their work. The price was very fair. I'm glad I didn't need a new system replacement today. But when I do you can be sure I'll be calling Shaun, Nick and Ray at H2O Services. Thank you.”

“It's funny how over time our perceptions of things change. I used to go to this general store all the time when it was called Bloombergs. Loved the place. Mr. B kept the business running smooth, but didn't worry about maintenance and upkeep like he should have. The new owners really haven't either. It looks a little run down, but if you need a good cup of coffee or a bacon, egg, and cheese in the morning, it's worth the stop.”

“Very rare that I give 5 stars, but I can't think of a single complaint. They have so many options here and they are all delicious. Quick, friendly, attentive, welcoming service. Today they had samples of bread pudding and pepperoni rolls on the counter. Some pre made options for those in a hurry. Some tasty looking dinner trays for a great price (I have yet to actually try them, but it's a matter of time). They even have whole wheat rolls and self serve iced coffee with flavor syrups. I'll be here a lot.”

I dont know what their secret is but the simple grilled chicken hot w melted cheese on a roll w some spicy mustard and bacon is my go to choice. I can't even take a picture cause I already ate it!”
