I love the staff and therapists at Arista! I have visited for two major concern areas and have always been well taken care of, and provided at-home follow up routines for self care. Very clean facility, quiet, and efficient.

My husband and I both are dedicated and diligent attendees of Physical Therapy at the Arista Physical Therapy & Wellness located 30-16 30th Drive in Astoria for the past year.
My husband has Congestive Heart Failure and just endured a massive and complicated open-heart valve replacement(s) surgery and ablation on April 19, 2018. As result, he suffers from the long term-compromise of traumatic arthritis in his shoulders and weakness in his legs and requires a walker.
His particular assigned therapists are Peter and Tony. Both Peter and Tony have been a complete source of dedicated professionalism coupled with a knowledge base of both their areas of study along with sensitive caring and psychological awareness of my husband’s condition. They have made their goals clear to my husband and have encouraged and attended him sensitively and professionally. We could not be happier and we always look forward to the attention given us at Arista.
My particular case is different as I have suffered for the past 17 years with Polio and Multiple Sclerosis and/or Post-Polio Syndrome rendering my left leg immobile due to Posterior Tibial Insufficiency. Over the years my right side has taken a tremendous amount of stress as result. I am so blessed to have found Jane and Tony at Arista who are literally Godsends to my ongoing chronic situation. For the past year they have inspired me in my health goals and their extreme awareness and cognitive analysis of my condition has made it possible for me to communicate more fully with my doctors and practitioners about my progress.
Arista is blessed to have such skilled professionals as Tony and Peter and should be overwhelmingly willing to provide them with every means to continue to practice their profession. The staff at Arista have literally made this a calm respite of a getaway for my husband and myself and, as busy as we are, we look forward to every visit.
We are very happy, inspired and thrilled to be on the path to recovery at Arista Wellness and Therapy.

Excellent physical therapy center. Dr. Jane understood my calf and rotator cuff injuries and solved them in a short amount of time. For anyone who plays tennis, ask for Jane! As for strengthening exercises, Julie did an excellent job demonstrating and teaching. Thanks to both of you -).

I’ve been coming here for about a month now and this place is a God send!!! I was hit by a car in October and had my first surgery (for my rotator cuff) in April and they have done more within a month than the last place I was going to since November! Today we worked on my yet to be operated hip and I walked out feeling like a new person. Thank you Jane and Peter for all you do, you’ve made this 31 year old feel her age again - no more limping and feeling weak! I also want to thank the girls at the front desk and the PT assistants. Everyone here is amazing and has so much positive energy, which is so important for someone who has felt defeated by our health care system. Thank you.

I was in visiting from out of town when I had some severe back issues that needed immediate attention. I called and tried several chiros in the area with hi marks on yelp and Google. None of them would see me. The team at Arista was amazing! They saw me within an hour and gave me the best chiropractic experience I've ever had. They were patient and thorough while explaining everything regarding the treatment in great detail. I went several times during the week I was there and wish I was closer so I could go back.
