Sacred Space Astoria

I've been going to Sacred Space's yoga classes for almost a year now. I have also attended some of their workshops (Past Life Regression, Intuitive Development) and been in one of their Full Moon Meditation Reflections sessions. Sacred Space has amazing yoga instructors- Jen SM, Jen N, Ana, Alex and more. I enjoyed all of my vinyasa yoga classes and workshops. 100%. The space almost always exudes of peace and serenity. It's like there is always something to discover there, except it is the same space and it is just me who is changing. I have gotten a lot stronger through the yoga classes and I was able to explore and play with my intuition and inner wisdom at their workshops. I have not spent this much money on my own personal and physical development before, but I don't regret it at all! (Some of their workshops seem expensive at first, but I feel it is worth it.) The classes and workshops at Sacred Space just speak to me at a fundamental level at this point in my life that attending them is irresistible. Sacred Space is the best thing I've found since moving to Astoria.

The most healing space around! I love this place. I always feel better after a class at Sacred Space. For my birthday this year I booked a private Urban Zen Restorative Yoga class with Kim and my friends LOVED the experience. Everyone said how much they needed it and how wonderful Kim is. Sacred Space truly has something for everyone. Just come. You will be so so glad you did.

Sacred Space Astoria is an amazing studio. I have been practicing in LA and NY for almost 20 years and this studio is far and away my favorite. Sacred Space represents everything I love about living in Astoria: it's unpretentious, welcoming, warm, and down to earth. The owner and staff do an amazing job offering a wide variety of classes for every practitioner. Thank you for creating space in such an authentic and admirable way. Sacred, indeed!!

Took a Trauma training at the studio which was an informative experience. Not only was the space safe for all of us to share but we walked away with a new understanding about ourselves and others. As you walk in the atmosphere says “welcome” and I was greeted by the owner Kim with kindness. Training was lead by Jen who created an informative, fun atmosphere for a bunch of strangers to dialogue together. Can’t recommend checking the studio out for not just classes but their trainings as well!

I love Sacred Space Astoria. Everyone is very welcoming especially the owner Kim and they have a wide assortment of classes and training sessions. The space is calming and they follow Covid protocols which make me feel safe. Highly recommend taking anything with Jen N. Trauma I training was excellent and I’m looking forward to participating in Trauma II.
