Jesse and Team BluRock came out to bid on my extension remodel and boy was I happy to have gone with them. Professionalism, Reliability & Service that is a "Cut Above"

We hired BluRock to build our deck. Our overall experience was a very positive one. Jesse, the owner, responded to our inquiry in a very timely manner & upon our agreement to move forward he was diligent & delivered from start to finish. Jesse's responsiveness throughout was top notch as well as friendly & efficient, along with his great crew. They were all polite & very respectful. Jesse even went above & beyond to satisfy us. When there was a product issue he returned to replace what was defective & did so to our expectations. BlueRock is a 5 star business & we are very happy with our deck. We would hire Jesse/BluRock again for future projects & definitely refer him to any & all of our neighbors, family & friends. Jesse & his team are "head & shoulders above the rest."

I called BluRock on Saturday and spoke to Jesse. I told him I was having a problem with my deck lights. He not only came out to my house that day, he worked on the deck lights in the dark by drop light, in the rain and said he wasn't going to quit until he solved my problem. I have 29 lights. He took every connection apart, ran new wire where needed, installed my transformer and in fact did get my system operational. He returned on Sunday morning to check everything again. His work ethic and craftmanship are second to none.

Having moved here from NY, I was not aware of Arizona's extremely poor minimum state auto coverages compared to most states, until it was too late. My wife and I were rear ended on I-10 which resulted in a total auto loss and surgery from receiving physical injury, which will never totally recover from, and being the individual that caused the accident had bare coverage, my insurance coverage had to be utilized.

From making the appointment with his office, and the initial consultation with Joe (as he prefers to be called), right through to the final resolve, Joe and his office personnel, Robin & Kim, always kept me informed and up to date on happenings as soon as they occurred. None of these 3 individuals at any time made me feel I was bothering them if I would inquire from time to time with additional questions, were not only professional at all times, but also appeared to genuinely care and to be "down to earth," rare qualities nowadays, especially from a professional entity.

Sadly, there is a 2 year limitation in Arizona for auto accidents to be resolved, and dealing with the insurance companies, they did wait until the full 2 years to do so.

During this ordeal it was bleak that we would receive any financial compensation because my surgery was extremely expensive and bills amassed to over my own auto coverages, which it appeared I would have to cover and in the thousands of dollars! This hardly seemed right being we were the injured party, naturally we were greatly upset, discouraged, and worried during this whole 2 year ordeal!

By the end of the 2 years, and expecting to now be in huge medical debt,
Joe gave us a huge sigh of relief! In short, he had been fighting in our behalf from the very beginning with the auto insurance companies and Medical bills that had piled up, and the result was...we would not owe anyone, and we still received some financial compensation!

Since finding out about Arizona's poor minimum state coverage and with Joe's advice, I have increased our own auto coverage should something like this ever happen in the future. Having learned a hard lesson, I would encourage anyone to increase their coverage for protection from any auto mishap.

After the major storm that blew through New York that probably affected many of you out their as well, it was tough trying to get a contractor (reputable and highly rated) to come out and look at my home for what I thought was just a quick roof repair (i guess some jobs are too small for some)… but not BluRock! Jesse came out the next evening 10:15pm was his only availability and was able to get on my roof and do a full inspection with his high powered lighting equipment and helper. He addressed a few issues that needed to be tended too and took pictures and videos for me to review myself. We came to the conclusion that the 20 year old roof needed a full replacement. BluRock was able to offer me 0% financing for 24 months and had the roof covered with a tarp that night before leaving. 2 days later, 3 trucks and 11 guys show up to my house and begin setting up for the job. I had ordered them lunch but they were already packed up and ready to head to their next install (chicken cutlet sandwiches are my favorite anyway). All I can say is good job and thank you to all of the members of the BluRock family that are able to make such unimaginable tasks look like a Saturday morning stroll through the park. I will be using you guys for my next projects come the years!!!

I had my roof redone about 3 weeks ago. I have no more leaks, this company is very professional. The service received was supreme. Jesse was patient with me listened to my ideas, my wants and recommended what he believed was the best fix for my depressing situation.
