Look no further, Naini & Arman are your hosts (with the most) to a great day in the woods and Naini preps a wonderful AND healthy vegetarian Indian meal, plus lots of goodies and Q U I E T (be quiet now) time for meditating and relaxing. If you never tried something of this nature, then it's time for you to drive up and EXPERIENCE nature, Indian Ayurvedic style - Naini and Arman's way! Pretty sure it's going to be a great day far away in the woods with an Indian Ayurvedic treat that is tough to beat.

(February 5, 2019, 5:07 pm)I love attending the affordable retreats - beautiful location in Jewett NY in the Catskills . So much fun relaxing, taking in the mountain air and meditating. The food is all homemade, very healthy and delicious! Looking forward to the next retreat. I will also exhibit my Arbonne biz at the intimate holistic bazaar.

They do a great job of bringing amazing people together and through all of their programs and retreats I have formed lasting soul friendships!
