We booked an appointment to renew our kids' passports because every place in Las Vegas was close to three months wait time. The gentleman who attended to us was very friendly, engaging and efficient.He helped us and 3 other people in a space of 20 minutes in a very efficient manner and with a smile on his face.I would much rather drive an hour to go to this place than to try my luck in Las Vegas! Only tip if you are driving from Las Vegas do not trust your Car GPS but rather use Google maps. Our car GPS took us to main street in Nelson, Nevada!
