  I'm simply startled by negative comments left here by a few characters. I'm a former employee of Kim&Cha and I can attest to the lead attorneys' high moral fiber. Upon leaving this fine law firm and working at a different place, I realized that this is a great law firm with great employees and an honorable boss. Everyone here works very hard and there is absolutely no fraudulent activity being done here. In the real world, it's impossible to make everyone happy and satisfied 100% at all times. I know at least everyone here does their due diligence and tries their best at all times. The negative reviews overstate to the point of fiction. I normally don't write things like this but I felt like I had to intervene in order to set the record straight. The negative comments were clearly left by a disgruntled employee who wrote things out of spite in order to tarnish Kim&Cha's reputation, and ultimately affect their business. But, if you are a client wondering if you should use Kim&Cha's services, please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. From my perspective, everyone, especially the boss, attempts on a daily basis to maintain a highly efficient and competent law firm, while abiding by business ethics and standards. I'd also like to note the negative review above mentioned Tom by name. Having worked with him, I know for a fact that he is a rare boss who is kind and generous especially to his employees. He gives people who work for him several to endless chances to do a good job and acts as a mentor to many young people who are starting out their legal careers. He's genuinely interested in developing his employees' careers whether it be paralegals, assistants, or attorneys. Having worked outside of the firm for quite some time now, I can honestly say that I appreciate the mentorship he provided and the trust he placed in me as a rookie. In short, this is a law firm that I personally would not hesitate to hire and would definitely refer my friends and families.

  @Sol Lee. Dude go get a life :) do you know what a 찌질이 is? Im pretty sure you do :) I’ve never seen anyone get fired from K&C before. You are some kind of special :) go find another job thats willing to take your specialness. Tom didnt get me anything to write this. I actually have respect for my elders and my previous company. If you have those interviews and job offers left and right. Go take the the damn job and stop commenting back. Probabaly you are the last person I would even think about hiring from the way you are showing yourself to the public right now anyways. Also How would you know if those rating are true or false. The co workers in the company itself had clients referred and they were quite satisfied. Those ratings might not have been even Tom’s clients. They could have the been the other attorneys clients. Stop assuming that all of them are the friends of the company workers. :)
  
  @Sol Lee. Dude why are you harassing The company that fired you? Why stoop that low? You did something to get fired right? Do not go around posting those kind of comments just because you lost your job here at K&C. If you have the time to post these kind of comments go find a different job. Instead of begging them to take you back to the company. I’ve never heard of anyone so desperate. Come on dude who the hell comes back to the company for hours uninvited begging them to take them back. Dude go find a job. Sincerely from another dude that left this company happily.

  Were very helpful with resolving green card/immigration issues, staff members were very professional and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. While it seems it's not uncommon for cases to be backlogged after filing an application, they definitely helped to take a load off of my mind by expediting the process

  Had a tenant issue that S&C resolved. Professional and caring, and great communication -- kept me in the loop on all significant items. Highly recommend.

  Kim & Cha, LLP takes their time and thoroughly goes through your case and explains everything step by step. Everyone in the office was professional and attentive to my needs. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout my whole experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone whom is seeking a knowledgeable staff to represent them in most legal matters.
