All of their staff have been quick and detailed when asking about the vehicles and are always willing to go the extra mile to receive what we need. Big shout out to the Merit Cars folks-- We had a lovely experience here. I was looking at 450 & 560SL MB, and as I live in the NYC area, I was able to test drive the cars with their great mechanic, Victor. He and Ashish answered all of the questions I had and were very upfront with pricing, any potential issues with the car, etc. etc. His partner was very thorough on all of the paperwork and everything was extremely straightforward.
