Had a problem with the sim card of my Iphone 12. Anthony helped me out and was able to fix it. He was very patient and guided me through the process well. Very much appreciated!

Great and friendly staff and service
5 star service from NYCOM Verizon. I walked in asking if it was a corporate store, they said they were not but asked what I needed help with. After explaining to them the issue I was having with my phone he said he could see why I needed a corporate store and said dont worry about it, I'll take care of it. Within 10 minutes my problem was taken care of. Staff is very friendly and willing to help the customers.
Anthony Capuano was such a helpful delight this afternoon that my friend and I had no choice but to write a poem in his honor.
