  My experience with Alejandro Perez today was remarkable. One of the best sales associate I have interact with. Always looking for your needs and always try to find a solution for you. I truly recommend everyone look for him. The best part he gave me an amazing deal on my living room furniture.

  The last time I was at Rooms To Go a Sales person asked me if I needed help but showed me the opposite of what I asked for etc. I left the store.
  First impression always guide me. Some Sales employees judge people/Customers as they enter the store, it's very noticeable and happens all the time. I decided a year later to go back 8/8/21 only because my Son purchased furniture from there 5 months ago. He had a good experience although judging was still there but he didn't entertain it. I know that happens at other businesses.
  **** I met Sales person name Mike he came with a genuine interest to assist me. He showed me what I was interested in and also showed me other options. Mike is a breath of fresh air. I also work with Ana in the bedroom area it was a pleasure. They are both good listener, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased my furniture. Thank you both for a pleasant experience. 😊

  Furnished half of our house there! Staff was excellent(Johan was our salesman). Wish they had more variety in in the color options for some of the furniture. We were told several times, "That item only comes in one color, or these 3 or 4 colors" or "It doesn't come in that size"

  On line ordering was fast and easy. My sales person was Jose and helped me through the details and answered all my questions easily. He was very kind and professional with a sense of humor. At the end of my sale he gave me his number and call him if I have any problems with delivery or concerns. Thank you Jose for being such a great help.

  I stopped by this location and was greeted at the door by sales associate Frank. Frank was AWESOME! He was friendly, has a great sense of humor and knows the store and products well. We closed on a living room / dining room package deal in no time. The process was Jimmy John’s fast and hassle free. Great job Frank.
